Mobile Service Technicians                                  Apply Here

 

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking full-time Mobile Service Technician  to be based out of our Baltimore   Regional Service Center. The Mobile Service Technician for our Baltimore Service Center will service our southern customers.    


We are seeking a full-time Mobile Service Technician to analyze malfunctions and repairs, rebuilds and maintains fire and emergency equipment. This includes, but is not limited to the units, pumps, compressors, and generators. Operates and inspects machines or equipment to diagnose discrepancies. Dismantles, repairs, reassembles vehicles or equipment utilizing hand tools and hoists. Examines parts for damage or excessive wear using precision measuring equipment. Repairs, rebuilds, overhauls, replaces defective assemblies and components such as collector gear boxes, transfer cases, differentials, and both water or hydraulic pumps. Tests overhauled equipment to insure operating efficiency. Welds broken parts and structural members.


High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of experience in the heavy truck industry required. Pre-employment drug screening and satisfactory driving record required. Additionally Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class B with Tanker Endorsement is required or must be obtained within three months of hire. ASE and EVT certifications as well as state inspection license a plus.

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is expanding our Ambulance Sales into South Carolina and is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Midlands territory of South Carolina. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and building new customer relationships; demonstrating and communicating product specifications and their benefits to customers; and supporting customers from start-to-delivery. Travel will be required to meet with customers, attend meetings/inspections at manufacturing facility, participate in regional trade shows and attend company events.


Individuals must be highly motivated, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, exhibit the ability to work independently through a flexible schedule and understand various computer programs. Successful candidate will have prior Ambulance Sales experience or at least five years of industry related sales experience and be able to lift up to 25lbs without assistance. Atlantic Emergency Solutions has an opening for a full-time Parts Specialist/Administrative Support at our  Salisbury Regional Service Centers.  The position is responsible for identifying and researching requested parts through any means necessary to obtain the required component(s) and create necessary purchase orders to obtain them; receive stock, pick, ship and return items as well as oversee the overall inventory; and be responsible for processing all parts invoices and credits when received from the vendors.


Additionally, the Specialist will need to perform a wide variety of office tasks to support the Center to include answering phones, greeting walk-in guests, sending and receiving mail and other shipments, maintaining the filing system, administering payroll time sheets, opening repair orders and credit card reconciliations.


Successful candidate will have at least three years of prior related experience and be able to lift up to 30lbs without assistance. Applicants should be proficient in basic computer programs, have excellent oral and written communication skills, superb organizational skills and experience with billing practices. Experience in the fire and emergency market as well as using CDK (formerly ADP) are a plus.

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking multiple full-time  Breathing Air Technicians  to serve our customers in  Southwest Virginia, Baltimore and Frederick Maryland, Manassas Virginia and Washington, DC  service areas .


The Breathing Air Technicians are responsible for the service and support of all types of SCBA and related compressed air products. Areas of service and support include but are not limited to air compressor, compressed air dryers, compressed air accessories, application, troubleshooting, performance evaluation, service maintenance and proper installation.


This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of trouble shooting industrial/commercial compressed air systems or related experience. Scott SCBA maintenance certification and experience highly desirable. Candidate must be computer proficient as required for communication, research, work orders and programming various controllers as well as use of computerized testing equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization and external customers. Candidate should possess a strong work ethic and capacity to continuously learn compressed air systems and industrial equipment/electrical components. Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record. Overnight travel up to 20% is required and ability to lift up to 40lbs routinely without assistance.
